Our college’s Women Empowerment Cell was established in order to empower female staff members and students, enhance their awareness of societal concerns about women, and educate them with the willingness to take on new challenges. The cell aims to promote women’s empowerment, development, and advancement. WEC builds awareness of women’s rights and empowers women. In an attempt to liberate and empower women, The Cell attempts to raise men’s awareness of gender reality and encourages women to stand up about issues pertaining to women. The cell’s main goal is to end all types of violence and injustice directed towards women. The cell aims to raise awareness of women’s rights and responsibilities in order to embrace women’s issues and difficulties. Additionally, it gives female students a forum on which to express their opinions and experiences about their place in society as well as ideas for self-improvement and development. With a focus on the intellectual and social advancement of female students, the cell promotes women’s empowerment by hosting seminars and guest lectures on gender-related topics.
